Just had a lovely stay at The Bay! Steve and Hannah were super welcoming, and my room had a gorgeous sea view. The breakfast bun left at my door was such a nice surprise. Can’t wait to come back!

The ocean view from the room was stunning.

Unfortunately, the mattress in my room was quite uncomfortable. I could feel the springs digging into my back, which made it difficult to sleep well. the overall decor and furnishings of the hotel felt dated and in need of a refresh. I also encountered some noise issues from the street outside, as the windows weren’t double glazed.

I had my stay at The Bay for 1 night in a Double Room with Sea View. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hosts, Steve and Hannah, truly made the experience special with their warm welcome and attentiveness. They offered a lovely drink on the house since I had to leave early for work, which was a kind gesture. The room itself was comfortably furnished with key amenities like a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. the mattress could use an upgrade. I could feel the springs, which affected my comfort a bit. The location is excellent, just a short stroll from Margate's beach and local eateries. The hospitality was a highlight, making me feel right at home.

i can't recommend the bay highly enough! steve and hannah were the most welcoming hosts, making my solo stay truly enjoyable. the location is perfect, just a quick stroll from town, and my room was so cozy with an amazing ocean view. loved the breakfast bun they surprised me with too!

Delighted by the kindness of the hosts and a lovely surprise drink for my birthday! ! The cozy room felt like home, and the ocean view was breathtaking.

While the decor was quirky, certain areas showed signs of wear and tear, which slightly detracted from the experience.

The room was amazing with a gorgeous sea view. It had all the essentials, shower, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The private bathroom was clean and cozy. The heating worked well too. Everything felt super comfortable and it was just a lovely stay overall.

I stayed in a Single Room for 2 nights, and honestly, it was super cozy and peaceful! The view of the ocean was amazing, especially those crazy sunsets. The hosts, Steve and Hannah, were so warm and welcoming. I loved the little touches like the breakfast they left at my door!

Had a blast with my friends staying here! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the Winter Gardens theatre. The rooms were comfy and clean. we felt right at home. Don't miss checking out the nearby bakeries for breakfast. Owners really go the extra mile to help out!

The only downside was not having a sea view from our room, but honestly, it didn't matter much. There was so much to do nearby.
